TEAM CAPTAIN ONLY (Contact Person) fills out the following registration form for ALL team members (min 2 & max. 4).
The TEAM CAPTAIN will submit the team payment.
Thursday Evening Open TEAM League begins on April 17th at 6:30pm to draw court assignments.
League meets on the following Thursdays at 7:00pm.
Spring TEAM League will run 5 weeks. Weather may result in rescheduling, thus extending the season.
